Located in district 2, it's quite easy to get to the main sights via grab or walking. The apartment is in a nice area and a few cafes nearby. Felt safe with 24 hour security. It's next to a popular kite flying spot where you can see locals flying hundreds of kites every day around 4-6pm. The apartment had a luxury feel. Bonus to have your own washing machine. Sadly only one side of the pool was open during our 3 day stay with construction work going on the other sides, which the host said they hadn't been made aware of.

The Metropole Thủ Thiêm is one of Ho Chi Minh City's most famous luxury condo developments by renowned Vietnamese developer SonKim Land. The Crest, the building this condo is in, is the 2nd phase of The Metropole and was completed in spring/summer 2023.
Just a short taxi ride away from downtown Ho Chi Minh (District 1), The Metropole is the perfect balance: staying in a modern, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, cafes and convenience stores while being very close to all the restaurants, nightlife and tourist attractions of the city center.
Use Grab or GoJek (the two largest international ride-sharing apps similar to Uber, Didi, etc.) to call a 4-seat car, 7-seat van/SUV or motorbike (1 person) to right in front of the apartment: typically arrives in a few minutes. ~10 minutes or less to downtown Ho Chi Minh.
