Located in a quiet neighborhood outside of Nashville, this place has it all! It's close enough to go visit Music City, just a quick 35 minute drive to Nashville. Or you can just stay back and enjoy a pool day! If you're leaning towards a day out on the Cumberland River, this property is less than 5 minutes from a boat launch. Enjoy this fully stocked 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, spacious home! It boasts a large master bedroom with a large master bath. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Across the hall is the cozy guest bedroom, with a pretty view out of the window and lots of closet space. Full bathroom is located right down the hall with a fully stocked closet of necessities. Upstairs is the loft, which has lots of space. The loft has 2 king beds, a queen, and its own full bathroom. Our living area has plenty of cozy seating and a large flatscreen TV. Plus there are two large windows to let in plenty of natural light and let you see all of the wildlife. The pool table is located right across from the living room area. If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen is perfect for you! We have all the utensils, pots, and pans you need to prepare and cook meals. There is seating in the kitchen with a bay window, along with some counter seating as well. The next room over is the dining room with table and chairs. If you enjoy coffee, we have you covered at the wet/coffee bar in the dining room. Out back is the patio area equipped with fans for those hot summer days, or you can take a dip in the pool. Plenty of flat yard for outdoor games, or just relax on the patio to do some nature watching. Be on the look out for deer, turkey, and plenty of other wildlife! If you enjoy a nice evening campfire, there is a fire pit on the property with plenty of seating. In our attached garage you can find a gas grill, pool floats, and some outdoor games including a bag/corn hole set. Please note: As our property is nestled in a beautiful wooded area, it's common to encounter bugs such as mosquitos, ticks, spiders, wasps, and lady beetles. We take measures to minimize their presence, such as regular pest control treatments. We provide bug spray and recommend wearing protective clothing when exploring outside the property. Your comfort is important to us, and we want to ensure you have an enjoyable stay while experiencing the natural beauty of our surrounding. Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
