Had lovely stay, check in was easy and the house was homely and had everything you’d need. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials; utensils, teabags, sugar, salt etc.

House is on outskirts of Norwich, with easy access from arterial roads so traffic is generally not a problem. Place was comfy and with everything you may need, as it was obviously a house that was recently lived in. For my 3 week long stay it was important that there was plenty of linen, towels, all sorts of bits and bobs in the kitchen, various detergents and cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, etc. Ended up sleeping in a large spare bedroom because it is facing garden, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. There is a downstairs toilet+shower, as well as a main bathroom upstairs and en-suite, so place is suitable for family stays. Garden well kept, two car parking lot, programmable gas central heating, bit TV with all the streaming services, and then there is a gym. Fully kitted gym with everything you may need. But most of all, Alex was very friendly, very considerate and understanding, and went out of his way to make my stay possible. Highly recommended.

Great place. Extremely convenient to the office I was visiting. House was more than enough for what I was looking for with all basic amenities. Fantastic gym! Will definitely stay again if back on business.

The gym was amazing, but sadly no time to use it. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't need to use it. All very comfortable.

Lovely house and v homely- lots of towels and bedding. Tea, coffee, spices and well stocked kitchen. Felt like someone’s neat and tidy home. Alex was really helpful. We felt v safe. Friendly neighbours. We stayed over Xmas and I managed to flood the bathroom. Alex has renovated the house himself . I rated four rather than five stars cos the downstairs shower was not yet working and the heating was a bit strange (I couldn’t get front bedroom to warm up)-I’m sure these will be fixed. I would like to stay again and heartily recommend the place. I hope we were not too much trouble. PS we only used the amazing gymn to store Xmas presents!
