Our home is only a 5-minute drive from DFW Airport and is a short drive to Downtown Dallas, AT&T stadium and Fort Worth. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! We are minutes away from highways 183 and 161, and have easy access to restaurants and entertainment. You’ll be glad and comfortable to stay in our home, as you’ll have the entire house to yourself. Location: This Irving home is 5 minutes from DFW International Airport and 20 minutes aware from Dallas Love Field Airport. You are 15 minutes from Las Colinas, Toyota Music Factory, and AT&T Stadium, and are 20 minutes from the American Airlines Center. Close to major highways like SH-183, SH-161, and SH-114. The Home: At this home you’ll have 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living room, kitchen and a dedicated work room. You’ll have everything you need here to make your stay comfortable. NOT SHARED, you’ll have the entire home to yourself! Parking: Up to 2 cars can park on the driveway. The garage is not available for parking. Free street parking available. WIFI + Work: Should you need to get work done during your visit, we have high speed Wi-Fi and a work desk. Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent is also provided. A: We use this previous little time we have between guests to prepare the home following the Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks. If you request an early check-in or late check-out, we will absolutely try to accommodate, if possible, though we may not confirm until a day or two ahead. If additional time is crucial for you, please book an additional night to your stay. Q: Do you allow luggae drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? A: We will try to accommodate this when possible. Q: Is the home ADA accessible? A: You will need to climb a step to come into our home, as well as a one step down to go to the backyard and garage. Q: Can I reserve on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? A: While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own account. For business trips or if you book travel for your company, Airbnb allows designated bookers at companies enrolled in Airbnb for Work to book trips on behalf of others. Q: Is there any noise? A: As this home is 5 minutes from DFW Airport, you will hear some plane noise, however that is true for any home near the airport. All windows have been updates, so this helps filter out much of the noise. I do consider the home peaceful and the noise faint, but wanted to be transparent for any guests who are very sensitive to noise.
