This is a 1 Bedroom Suite with 47+ square meters of living space and a balcony facing seaside (east) where you can enjoy watching 180 degrees of Cebu City including the brand spankin' new Cebu-Cordova bridge. Full-size bed with a high end mattress is waiting for you every night (and day). 1 floor airbed sleeps 2 and a double floor mattress sleeps 2. Full size bath tub with Hot shower is included for you to enjoy. Mr. Kitchen got cooktop, water heater, rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave and exhaust fan that pushes air out externally (not circulating). PLDT Wi-Fi upto 50mbps high speed internet delivers High Def videos to a 43" Smart TV with the included NetFlix subscription to entertain you. A 4-seater Glass Table is plenty of space for you to enjoy every meal and another 2-seater Bar counter is set as a dedicated working space. The bedroom is also equipped with plenty of storage spaces and Con-Air is there to cool you down. The living room does not have AC at the moment but E-fan is literally standing by and you could always use AC from the bedroom and E-fan at the same time OR prop the main door and balcony door open and let fresh air come in.

We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay in this listing. This listing has a balcony where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Cebu's coast line from South Road Properties to North Reclamation Area, with a direct sight of the famous CCLEX Bridge and the neighbouring islands. There's a fully functional kitchen. A cozy living room with an internet TV. A spacious bedroom with a full fiber glass window to see the view, the bathroom has a hot tub with a bidet, and you'll have pool access. I couldn't ask for more. We had several issues during our stay, but the Host is swift in providing resolution. Totally worth it.

John is a great host and very responsive. The place is the way I expected it to be. The view is spectacular from the balcony specially at night. My stay was great and my experience was even greater at John's place.
