We loved the apartment which is located close to Flemington racecourse and within easy reach of the city. It is spacious and comfortable and there are excellent facilities within the building. Air conditioning was very welcome on the hottest days and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony when it wasn’t too hot. Trams and trains are close by and we didn’t hear the railway which runs close to the building. Shops, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The building is secured using an electronic system based on tags that are pre-programmed to provide access to the building and facilities within it, and restricts access to floors within the building, which comprises blocks A and B. The apartment is in block B and is accessed via lift 2. We didn’t know this when we arrived and it caused us a problem, something the owner is aware of and is addressing in the check in instructions. Overall though an enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend the apartment.
