We can help you organize the perfect Pattaya adventure ! We provide a huge 24h pool, gym, sauna, sundeck, billiard, pool jacuzzi and pool chairs. All rooms have airconditions, king size beds w. toppers, big showers and some convertible sofas. Each villa has a living room and kitchen. Electricity is charged THB 7,--/kWh separately. Clean, beautiful, privately owned villa resort with highest standards and service. The 2-floor villas are surrounding a huge 24h pool, are located 900m from the beach and directly on Pratamnak Soi 5 with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, 5 min away from Walking Street. This villa has the absolutely best location in Pattaya !

Overall a great stay, Guitar was a great host and helped address any issues immediately. The villa was in a great central location and all our neighbors were friendly.

It's a very convenient place if you want to chill in Pattaya. The villa: Everything was clean and the place looks exactly like in the pics, very nice! The rooms are clean, water flows correctly. The host: He replied very quickly and was always very helpful Location: The beach is walking distance (7 mins walking) and you have plenty of restaurants and massage places around.
The place was very clean. We rent 2 unit which were 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms. Every bedroom came with a king size bed which was very comfortable and a sofa bed that could expand as big as a king size bed too. The kitchen, the swimming pool, the pool table, karaoke devices were all good condition. If I came to Pattaya with a big group, I definitely choose Alfred’s place again. Thanks

Pratamnak hill is also called "Beverly Hills of Pattaya", a unique combination of a quiet area with low traffic in close distance to the Pattaya city center and the famous Walking Street, separated by the "Big Buddha Hill". The newly landscaped "Dongtan beach" is 900m from the villa. Pratamnak Residence is located directly on Pratamnak Soi 5 and has lots of shops, minimarts and restaurants in walking distance.
We offer a private parking space right outside of of Pratamnak Residence and you can easily get around using the BOLT or GRAB App to book a taxi. Motorbike taxis can be found everywhere.
