Bedroom B is a large and cozy space (180 SF). This bedroom comes with a queen bed, comfy duvet and cotton bedsheets, and a love seat. Entertainment includes a 50" 4K TV with access to Netflix and Prime. Ultra high-speed internet and a workspace with a desk and an office chair is included. Bath and face towels are provided. Extra blankets and towels are available upon request. The shared bathroom and kitchen is modern and tastefully upgraded. The three piece bathroom includes a standing shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to be home away from home and comes with all crockery, cutlery and glassware you will ever need for your stay. Complementary coffee (Keurig with K-pods + instant coffee), teas, jam, and peanut butter are provided to ensure that you have a comfortable stay with one less thing to worry about. A laundry centre (washer + dryer & detergent) is also available for your use at an extra charge ($10 per load). The foyer downstairs is a nook for your reading pleasure at your leisure. Children's reading materials, high chairs, baby gates, outlet plugs, and diaper pail are available upon request. A parking spot with winter clearance is included. The foyer upstairs is shared with us, which we use to access the garage. The bathroom, kitchen and downstairs foyer is only shared between Rooms A, B and C. We use the laundry as needed during cleaning of rooms and is shared with guests. The property is located in the Guildwood Village of Scarborough which is one of the safest, friendliest and unique neighbourhoods in Toronto. Walking distance to the waterfront trail by Lake Ontario, close to Rouge National Park and adjacent to some of the coolest neighbourhoods in Toronto, such as Danforth, Leslieville, Riverdale and The Beaches. Two beaches are located a close drive from the suite. Being part of Scarborough you will have access to some of the best food spots serving food from around the world yet only minutes away and relatively affordable. A 30-minute GO Train ride from Guildwood GO station takes you directly to Union Station in Downtown Toronto or a 20 minute TTC bus ride takes you to directly to Kennedy Subway Station.
