It also has 2 full bathrooms and a fully stocked and equipped kitchen for your convenience. This unit also comes with one assigned heated underground parking stall and plenty of visitors parking. This building is a brand new build that was built this year (2023) everything in this unit is brand new please treat the place like your own home.

Great place to stay! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. Modern building within walking distance to the river walk path! Had a great stay! We will return again!

This was a lovely place to stay at. It was cozy, clean and comfortable! The pictures match the description. I would definitely stay here again; as the location is easy to access.
The condo is exactly as described and it is in brand new condition and very clean. Both bedrooms have ensuites so it is perfect for two couples. There is secure, heated underground parking as well. The location is great with a park nearby and easy access to trendy 9 Ave in Inglewood. Also quick access to downtown and Deerfoot Trail if you need to go other parts of the city.
We had a great time at Romeo's place. It is a quiet environment and a very neat apartment. He was very responsive, too, and made our stay an easy one. Thank!

Being in Calgarys oldest and most vibrant neighborhood has its perks ! Pearce estate park is a short 5 min walk from the building. Also being in the heart of Inglewood means you are super close to Deerfoot trail,
(south/north) just a 5 min drive or take 9th Ave the other way to hit the many restaurants and local attractions/businesses that Inglewood has to offer. And if none of those peak your interest simply keep driving down 9th Ave for another 7 mins and you’ll be in the heart of downtown Calgary and Beltline ! And best part is that the Stampede grounds are only a 5-10 min drive !!! Our location is truly unbeatable.
There’s public transportation available and this unit also comes with 1 free underground parking stall.
