Very nice stay at Joan’s place. Amazing location and a lot to do nearby. I would though highly recommend renewing the kitchen tools which were too used and not to the standards of the house. Also planting trees between the house and the left side neighbor would well appreciated for future visitors. Overall Joan’s place is amazing, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to visit Mallorca to go there.

If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it. The location is perfect, beautiful neighbourhood peaceful with a few restaurants and a shop, however just a very nice 25 minute walk to the port where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. We had 2 young children with us one of them in a stroller and was still an easy pleasant walk. The villa itself is beautiful and, I don’t think the photos still do it justice at all it’s even more beautiful in person. Stunning views and peaceful. As hoats Joan and his son Toni couldn’t have been more helpful. Was sent all information of surrounding/ the villa and useful numbers before check in. Toni created us warmly upon check in. There is a kayak and bike available for use at the villa which is a lovely touch. I asked if there was a bbq for use when checking in and within 24 hours was brought one by Toni. They went above and beyond our whole stay. Also the welcome gifts also lovely. Thank you! Want to return ASAP didn’t want to leave! Amazing

Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage und der Check-in sowie die Kommunikation verliefen reibungslos und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Leider entsprach das Haus, für den stolzen Preis, nicht vollständig den Erwartungen. Einige der Möbelstücke waren in einem gebrauchten Zustand und der allgemeine Zustand war nicht wie auf den Bildern suggeriert. Die Möbel subjektiv wirkten eher billig. Der Pool war bei der Ankunft nicht gereinigt und auch die Wohnung war nicht überall wirklich gut gereinigt. Die Fernseher waren kleiner als auf den Bildern und die Bausubstanz entsprach nicht einem Luxusniveau. Aufgrund von Schimmel an der Decke, vermutlich durch Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden, mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt mit unserem Baby früher abbrechen. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Fotos auf der Website aktualisiert würden, um den aktuellen Zustand der Wohnung besser widerzuspiegeln. Mit einigen Verbesserungen könnte die Unterkunft ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen.
