The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with sofa, armchair and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed - A bathroom with bath and WC Please note: the gîte is located in a hamlet with two other properties that we manage (Grand Gîte de Villecomte and Gîte de Villecomte), all of which can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. Outside area : - A garden of approximately 500 m², shared, composed of several parts: an area with table and outdoor chairs, a small wood for walking (fires are prohibited). It is not enclosed but has natural boundaries (hedges and copses), and there are no roads nearby. The gite is ideally located in Sainte-Solange, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All essential shops are just 3 kilometres away. Activities : - Visit Bourges, around twenty kilometres away - Visit to the Sancerre wine region - Visit Menetou Salon, some fifteen kilometres away, also for its wines and château - Noirlac Abbey, a jewel of medieval architecture - The Jacques Coeur route, with its fine architectural buildings - To the north, 70 kilometres away, Gien and its museums, earthenware, etc. Events : Le Printemps de Bourges Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park, which can accommodate any type of vehicle. It is located 20 metres from the gite.
