At Cocoon Co-Live, we get that you want something of a premium living experience, but not necessarily the premium price tag. We also want you to know that you're not alone, and we'd love nothing more than to connect like-minded people. Your pool-view room includes 108 sq ft (10 sqm) of livable space, an in-room AC unit, a queen bed with premium 400 TC 100% cotton linens, a private work area with desk and ergonomic chair, a shared full bathroom and another shared half-bathroom, and an in-room 32" TV with complimentary streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and DAZN) and WiFi. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the property. 3 bedrooms have private ensuites, and 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, one of which has a full bath and shower. The property sits on a 1.5 acre piece of land that is heaven for your furry friends.

This is the best AirBnB I've stayed in. Comfortable bed & pillows, desk & tv in every room, fantastic fully stocked kitchen with filtered water, swimming pool, privacy, communal areas, solid wifi, cleaned daily, & great shower/water pressure. Fantastic communication from Trevor too. I didn't want to leave & would go back in a heartbeat.

Trevor’s place is awesome, really spacious and I love the outdoor area. It’s so peaceful, you are at the end of a street with the sounds of nature. Trevor is very responsive, he helped me set up a girls night and we are got mani pedis at the house. I had no issues working on the wifi - this was important for me! Only good things to say, met great people and loved my stay!
I loved staying here. Trevor was super friendly and helpful with everything. I felt very peaceful and welcomed. It was nice to be able to meet people either at the group dinners or making breakfast in the kitchen but still have my own space in my room to do my own thing. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Taking a dip in the pool mid afternoon when it’s hot was very nice as well. Would definitely welcome staying here for your nosara trip. Since it is a bit outside of the main area, you’ll either want to rent a car, motorbike, or atv. Or you can call a tuk tuk to take you places.

The property is nestled in the Tico residential area of Arenales. You'll be living in proximity to friendly Tico neighbors in a quiet hidden cul-de-sac area. We're a short hop over from the Nosara airport, and within walking distance to Plaza Elimar.
Motorized transport is highly recommended to get around, whether it's a car, ATV or a motorcycle. Tuktuks are also readily available just a phone call away.
