The house was beautiful and the modern showers were nice. However, the couch in the backyard does have mold which is a health concern especially traveling with kids. It was upsetting that I was told I had to checkout at 10am even though the rules did say check out is at 11am bc other guest booked my checkout date and paid a party fee. I believe if I paid for certain dates then my check in time and check out time should be honored regardless of the next guest. I don’t know what a party fee has to do with a check in time as checkin for the next guest should be 3pm. It is also strange that toilet paper can’t be flushed down the toilet. Other than that the house was very pretty.

It’s a very beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. I really enjoyed staying. I really recommend it.
