对于我们百年无花果树和BA的灵魂。 我住在历史悠久的圣特尔莫街区的中心，距离著名的Dorrego广场和Defensa街仅3个街区。 二十年前，我买下了这栋房子作为废墟，并在他古老的殖民地辉煌中重建了这栋房子。 这是一个有着温暖灵魂的地方，您可以在可爱的露台上找到宁静，那里有古老的无花果树。 厨房供所有房客使用，我们希望与我可爱的老猫Negrita一起见面和分享谈话。 这栋房子呼吸探戈，因为我自己也是一名探戈歌手！

Puedo decir que fue una estadía muy cómoda, Pablo como anfitrión excelente. mi papá y yo nos fuimos muy felices de haber conocido una ciudad tan bella. El barrio de San Telmo realmente muy colonial, igual como estaba descrita la casa. Gracias Pablo a seguir cumpliendo los sueños !
Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos. Sie ist gut gelegen und man ist schnell mitten in San Telmo. Leider auch sehr laut, da quasi unter einer Autobahn. Auch bekam ich erst ein „falsches“ Zimmer. Pablo hat schnell reagiert und wir fanden eine gute Lösung. Seit gestern hat er eine junge, herzige kleine Katze.
Pablo was a dream host! He arranged a friend to collect us and greeted us at the front door. Pablo’s house is a typical Argentinian home with gorgeous fittings and rooms - practical antique furnishings but just so full of character. The other guests and Pablo and his family were all welcoming and full of local knowledge. The house is located close to a big freeway but once the doors are closed, you don’t hear anything but you are a block from San Telmo. Loved the area - if he has a vacancy when you are there, grab it!
La casa de Pablo es una estancia muy pintoresca y agradable. Las fotos del anuncio son absolutamente reales y el sitio muy agradable y encantador. Además, Pablo estuvo atento en todo momento y solucionó todas mis dudas y peticiones. Recomendable, y más en una ubicación tan céntrica como San Telmo en Buenos Aires.
We had a lovely time at pablos house. He was very friedly and helpful and easy to talk to. The rooms and the garden was superb. The area around had a lot to offer, baras notables, great marked and plazas. The perfect place to stay in BA.

Built around 1840, the house was totally renovated in order to adapt it to receiving tango guests from around the world. This was an undertaking by the Banchero family who are closely involved with tango and its many expressions. The house is colonial in style, the arrangement of rooms being typical of its period, side by side in a row and all facing a patio, or, as in this case, a patio with a lush garden of plants and flowers. I'm a real porteño, who has a heart for the tango and all the historical things that come with this culture. Therefore I bought this fantastic colonial house in the heart of the pittoresk San Telmo. I studied music and already on a young age I was interested in tango. As a professional singer I travelled all over the world, now I dedicate myself more to composing and local projects to divide the tango culture. I like to spend time in nature, more specific in a kayak. I have a special project in El Tigre, the delta area near Buenos Aires where I started to built up a centre for watersports acitivities and ecological developments. On Sundays I like to do a real Argentinian parilla with friends and family, as you can see on the picture. If you want to get to know me better, please come and visit me in the house!
