Great location for the 2024 eclipse path of totality.
was a awesome stay just for what my little family needed
We didn't have a coffee pot, or remote to tv's,had to buy roku and coffee pot,We needed fitted sheets on beds,beds only had 1 flat sheet and comforter,In pictures the sunroom was empty,but when we got there it was full,like storage. And the living room only had a couch for guest,no other seating.I am not tring to be mean.just hoping it may help host.
Very nice home and area. Peaceful and would highly recommmend.

As we have become empty nesters in this new chapter of our lives we are looking to share our home and land with others. We grow our own crops ranging from herbs to vegetables and a few fruits as well. We live less than 2 miles from the Marina at Lake Dardanelle State Park. We hope that you will enjoy your stay and the beauties that the Marina has to offer.
