This beautiful country cottage is set in a idyllic, peaceful spot with glorious country views. Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the woods alongside the river, in about an hour. The picturesque village of polperro is a 10 minute drive away. There are many beaches to explore all within a short drive. Talland, Lansallos, naming a few ideal for children to explore. Through the front door you enter the dining room with the original slate floor. There is a lounge with 1 step down to it from the dining room which has low ceilings with original character beams this has a electric wood burner (central heating throughout aswell) There is a tv & cd player in the lounge. The kitchen has a electric cooker with hob, fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, Kettle & washing up facilities provided. There is a delonghi dulce gusto coffee machine with a selection of pods. Upstairs bedroom 1 has a king bed with country views & a smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a zip & link bed which can be 2 singles or a super king. The bathroom is upstairs & has a toilet, washbasin & a bath with a separate overhead shower. There is a Led mirror with bluetooth so you can play your favourite tunes in the bath. There is oil central heating throughout. Outside there is a small enclosed lawned front garden with a washing line & a enclosed lawned back garden where you can sit & enjoy the stunning views. There is also a firepit/bbq.
