The property is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and WIFI. Availability open parking space suitable for SUV. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY with table and two chairs.
