great place to stay at definitely recommend staying here, honestly the all inclusive option isn’t that worth it the food wasn’t good, the restaurant directly across the street has great food, although this place is a little bit further away from the hotel zone there’s a bus for easy transportation

Truly enjoyed our stay! Agustin and team were very helpful and responsive to all requests including arranging a private tour of Tulum, Cobá and Xel-Há. Condo was clean and as pictured with beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable. Great beach location! We did purchase the all inclusive for one day to be able to fully enjoy the pool. Otherwise the pool and hotel lobby bar are off limits. We did a lot of off-property touring so that didn’t matter to us. Very pleased with our experience!

Estancia demasiado comoda y placentera, nos encantó que tiene un acceso inmejorable a la playa, pero con la privacidad de un condominio, la vista es preciosa y el área de playa también! Agustin siempre atento apoyándonos con los detalles de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estancia siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Sin duda queremos repetir esta experiencia!!

This was our second time staying with Agustin in this complex. He is an amazing host. Very helpful, friendly and ensures his guests are well taken care of. The unit was very spacious and has beautiful ocean views. We took advantage of the all inclusive option for two days for simplicity however there are restaurants across the street and it’s only $1USD to take the bus down the strip. Love the beach here and the enjoy the quieter end of the strip. I feel this place is excellent value for your money. Will be back!
