I had a great time staying at this place. The design of interior is very functional, everything was well thought of. The place is still new and clean especially the bathroom, I hope they can maintain it. Enjoyed the view as well, plus I was able to get a lot of fresh air before going back to Manila! The host was very helpful and very responsive. He really made an effort of trying to looked for a parking slot for me to rent during my stay. I think they just need to change the pillows and sheets. It has some weird smell like a massage oil that dried up. But overall experience was excellent. Will definitely go back when I get back to Bacolod again. Thank you Andy!

Andy's place was really great! 5/5! Impeccably clean, neat and it even smelled quite fresh. All listed amenities were complete and in very good/new condition. The condominium complex was also very well located (near the center of the city). Taxis and Grab cars were very easy to get. Neighborhood was quiet and the pool/gym was also very nice (although the gym is only open 6-9am and 6-9pm). Would definitely stay at Andy's place again!

Enjoyed my whole stay. The place was clean, and quiet. View was amazing. The building is quite new so not a lot of tennants which I prefered. All the amenities was great. Andy was really accomodating to all my request and responded quickly. Will surely book again when I return to Bacolod.

Andy's a great host. Very responsive and the unit is amazing. Loved staying at his place.
