Perfect base for visiting Ypres and the surrounding area. Was able to walk within minutes to the Menin Gate and bars and restaurants. The house was spectacular, so clean and welcoming. The host Steven greeted us and explained all the details of the house. The drinks and snacks was an unexpected surprise.

This was an amazing place to stay, totally matched the description and photos, Steven and Betty met us at check in and showed us round and were very friendly and informative. The location is right in the centre of Ieper and private parking is also available close by, it’s an immaculate place with no stone unturned to give maximum hospitality. The fridge was stocked with local beers and other varieties of drinks and snacks various were also on the side too. It’s fresh and comfortable with a good outside space and comfortable beds and living area with great kitchen facilities, it literally has everything and is an outstanding space and is highly recommended, will return, big thanks to Steven for a great holiday.

Great location, just one road back from main square and all the restaurants and bars. The house is amazing, the stuff in the fridge and dotted about the house was not only unexpected but very tasty, you spoiled us all! The garage made all the difference, the sauna was fab at the end of day walking around the battlefields! We thought the house was amazing, if anyone is reading this, just book it you will not be disappointed!!!!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The house was just perfect and you could not wish for anything better. It was spotless and had everything you needed. The hosts were an absolute delight to communicate with and we would not hesitate to go back. Thank you so much for the stocked fridge and snacks. Very much appreciated! If you want the ideal place to stay in Ypes this is it.
