Shabnam is very cooperative and always understanding. I checked in early as I landed early morning in London. she helped me to get the access early. Also, on the day of checkout, I checked out couple of hours late due to some personal things. She didn't object at all. She is really a nice human being and great host. I would definitely recommend the place and would visit again on my next trip.

Lovely clean place, right in the town centre, owners very helpful, did have a noisy couple in one of the other rooms but still would recommend the facility

Thank you, Shanna’s for a perfect one-night stay before an early flight from Luton airport. The room was as described, the rest of the house was nice and clean. All the recommendations and details were clear. When I had a moment of being stupid, not understanding how the lock works, Shabnam was very helpful and responsive. Thank you! Recommend

A great place to stay a few minutes by car from the airport, the room was nice and clean. The host provided clear instructions and therefore my checkin went smoothly and l found the place easily. The host is very responsive and helpful.
