From the moment I entered condo the problem started, it was not the condo that I had booked, condo was changed without any communication regarding the change of condo. Was happy about this change with no explanation, back and forth with messages and the BS I had received from host explaining why, “it was an upgrade” I was told. It was no upgrade it was a down grade! Condo was badly maintained with bathroom smells of mould, the shower floods the bathroom, badly rotted bathroom doors from water, floor tiles lifting up and to top it off HV lines one metre from balcony. The host stopped communicating after I asked for compensation as this was not the room I had booked. I had the AirB&B team to step in and a resolution was achieved. Never heard a word from the host till the day I left. I advise to go past this host and condo. On this trip I’m finding that there is a lot of hosts that don’t live up to there advertised stays, as I’ve hit two stays with the same attitude towards guests.

Nice easy check in . Big property with gorgeous pool and gym. Central to everything I was in Pattaya for. Would stay again.

Great Place to stay in with nice pool and gym attached to the facility. A lot of things around the complex plus motorbike taxis infront of the door to get to other places. Only thing i can complain about is the slow response time from the host but she answers calls so if anything urgent that’s how to get in touch. Besides that great apartment and good location.

In general, it is a cozy place. However, there are a lot of COCKROACHES and ANTS!!! Be ready for that. I cancelled the booking after several hours after checking in because I didn't want to deal with it.
