Clean, modern & cozy. Epic skiing and mountain biking with crazy good sunset views! A short 3-5 minute stroll up to the main lodge and ski lifts. Ou mountain condo is an end-unit that faces west and has wonderful views over the Green Mountains looking at the Adirondaks. Our rugged mountain community is only 30 minutes from Burlington, 15 minutes to Waterbury (best beer town in VT) and 45 minutes to Stowe. Bolton Valley Resort offers live music, a cozy tavern w) fireplace. After parking or skiing in from the slopes, walk into the mudroom and kitchen area. This opens up to dining and living space with fireplace, all on the second floor of the building. Walk downstairs to get to three dedicated bedrooms and one spare room with a new pull out couch (this can be used as a sleeping room for 2). The main bedroom has a bathroom attached. A second full bathroom off the hallway. A separate TV/Rec room for kids or adult quiet space with 80” TV and private balcony with mountain view & pull-out (mentioned above as 'spare' room. 3rd bathroom is a quarter bath upstairs. Balcony & deck. Ski and snowboard storage racks.

Awesome condo and Paul made us feel right at home. Nice kitchen and living area upstairs and perfect bedrooms downstairs. Level walk in from the parking lot. Short walk to the slopes. Worked great for the family plus a couple nephews. Love this condo, will be back!!!
We had a fantastic time at Paul's condo! For five adults and three kids, it was big enough to accommodate everyone and small enough to feel nice and cozy. The location was great, with just a few minutes of walking to the lifts and sports center. Paul was helpful and very responsive throughout.
This BV condo was perfect for our two families. The open kitchen and living room is big enough for a big group but at the same time warm and inviting. We loved the sofa and the gas fireplace. Everything was clean and updated. We also loved being so close to the mountain. Paul was very accommodating and easy to reach. What a great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condo! The condo looks like it was newly redone, tasteful and very comfortable. This is our 3rd year staying in the condos across from Bolton Valley and this was definitely our favorite.

At the main base area of Bolton Valley Resort. A short walk up to the ski lifts, tavern, nordic area and sports center. The Sports Center has a skate park, indoor &outdoor pools, exercise equipment, hot tub and sauna... a daily fee or free with lift ticket (check BV website).
Parking area is just outside building and 2 parking spots are allotted for our condo. Please respect our parking policy -- if you have more than 2 cars, please use the resort parking for overflow (free & only 1 minute walk)
