This place is enchanted. Our family loved this property. The outside is beautiful. We took morning and evening walks and the inside is modern, clean and beautifully designed. Highly recommend.

Kaci was an outstanding host! She was consistently responsive and provided clear, concise responses. The property itself, was well kept and very clean. Guests have access to a trail on the property and a decent walking street for dog-owners right outside of the property. The amenities and appliances were all modern and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the fresh linens provided. The kitchen was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials, and the complimentary coffee and creamer were a nice touch. Our experience truly surpassed our expectations. The setting was tranquil and secluded, providing a relaxing getaway. The only minor inconvenience was the potential for mud or puddles if it rained, but this didn't detract from our enjoyment of the stunning architecture and open concept design of the property. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to families and friends. Thank you Kaci for a wonderful experience, and we hope to be back!

Definitely a unique / one of a kind stay! My wife daughter and mother and law stayed here for my daughter’s second birthday just to get away. Although it was raining, we very much enjoyed our stay and will be back! I recommend booking this place during sunny times to enjoy all the space has to offer. We did have an issue with the power / WiFi going out, due to the storm, but Kaci was very responsive. Beautiful setup and extremely private. Thank you Kaci + team!

The Hobbit House is definitely a rare gem and an amazing place for those seeking a sanctuary-type vacation accommodations. The architectural design of the house is unique and breath-taking. The 6-acre of woodland completely surrounding the house plus the gated entrance provide absolute privacy. The interior is tastefully and immaculately decorated. The linens and furnitures used were of high quality and comfort. The host is super responsive and the advices and recommendations given were spot on. We had such a great time there and look forward to returning to the property in the future!

Kaci has a VERY special house and property…the perfect spot for our recent trip to visit friends and family in the Fresno area. We loved walking the well maintained grounds, relaxing in the comfortable living areas and also learning more about the houses’ original designer/architect. There was plenty of space for our family of five and the kids were really impressed by the house as well. I would highly recommend Kaci’s house as a unique, fun and relaxing place to stay when in the area!
