Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options. The space is a studio with a queen size bed, a futon that can double as a bed, a full bathroom (toiletries and towels provided), and a seating area that has a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, and fast internet. We also have a smart TV in the sitting area with access to all your favorite apps. No pets are allowed

Had a great stay! The place is nice and cozy, great for a good night sleep. It’s close to buses and the metro. There is also a good amount of parking spaces around. The hosts are great and are willing to do everything possible to ensure a great experience. Would definitely recommend.
This is a good place to be based at to visit Washington. I really liked the personal touches : wonderful coffee machine, cool water and ice in the fridge, board games, welcome message, towels etc. There's an excellent house book too. Feels as if the hosts are actually pleased to have you to stay.
exactly what we needed! My favorite part was the locks. saw a tiktok before about issuing keycards to people wo verification of identity. The instructions were clear; parking spot was just right there. They had complete utensils wc was super helpful. I had my kids wd me & I brought their own food-didnt have time to make any stops so eating once we walked in the room was convenient! Would def recommend!
Basic but very clean place--a good space to focus. You can walk to a grocery store and parking was easy to find for me. This worked well as a one-night stay with some work time built in.
