LAXMAN JHOOLA IS ABOUT 1.5 KM ONLY. All our apartments have free parking, a Fully Equipped Kitchen, a 24/7 Caretaker, & availability of Homemade food. This is a large 750 sq feet 1 BHK apartment having 1 double bed and 4 single and comfortable sofa beds and 2 washrooms making it comfortable for large families. The entire apartment is private, exclusive to our guests, and has everything you need. - The apartment has two aircon, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. -Living room with a 5-seater Sofa set and 2 sofa-cum-beds with a thick (18-inch) mattress and a Dining Table. -Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, Water Purifier R.O, Four burner Gas Stove, Microwave, Toaster, and all essential utensils needed for cooking and serving. A comfortable bedroom with Ample closet space is provided to organize your belongings and ensure a comfortable stay. Modern Amenities: Two ACs, Fully automatic washing machine, JIO Fiber Net, Refrigerator, TV with Ott entertainment. -Power backup by Inverter only for lights, fans, and wifi. -Lift and free onsite car parking. -Clean and private bathroom with a Geyser. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your convenience. Floor - It is situated on the First floor with lift. Parking - We have stilt parking in the building . Scenic Views: Wake up to panoramic vistas of majestic mountains from the complex. The view from the balcony is restricted due to construction in neighboring areas. Location: Located in the heart of Tapovan, you'll have easy access to yoga studios, restaurants, rafting and activity centers, meditation centers, local markets, and spiritual hotspots. The location of the flat was way too up. We had to climb up there, it got so tough for all of us, as there’s construction work going on in that area. There was no where mentioned about this. One of us even fell badly. Geyser wasn’t working. We had to wait for 2 hours to call and get it repaired, due to which our further plans got canceled. There was electric current in the taps. As mentioned there were two bathrooms, but one of the bathroom was way too small that one cannot even stand in it forget about bathing. Bedsheets were dirty and got itchiness on the body. It’s a request to the owners to clearly mention these things in description, as it looked way different in pictures. Rest apart, the cleanliness of the house was well maintained.

The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were very welcoming. Very silent. They clean and change your towels every day. Receptionists are very nice. The neighbourhood can be scary, but it makes you face an important reality, and it is safe. Overall we liked it very much.

The apartment is located in a secure residential complex in the posh neighborhood of Tapovan, situated close to many popular tourist attractions such as Laxman Jhoola, Ram Jhoola, Ganges Bank and local markets. There are a number of cafes, restaurants and activity centers in the vicinity for your convenience. Many Ashrams are also nearby, such as the Shri Mooji Satsang Center, which is 2 KMs from the apartment.
You can easily find cabs and Tuk-Tuks from outside the complex, since it is located on the main road connecting to Badrinath and rafting hotspots such as Shivpuri. You can also rent a scooter or motorcycle for your commute from the nearby markets; our caretaker will be happy to assist you with the same.
If you have your own vehicle, there is free secure parking inside the complex. You can easily get cabs and Tuk-Tuks from outside the complex, or rent a scooter or motorcycle for your commute.
There are buses and cabs available to and from Haridwar and New Delhi, and the nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun from where direct cabs are available. Please contact us for car rental as well we bike/scooter rental
