Upon booking, the address was the middle of the carriage way, after a few hours of contact and waiting and phonecalls, Geraldine sent me a pin location. When we got there, the entry was fairly simple. We had to wait for the lady to come show us the house after Willy gave us the keys. The lady did not speak English. There is freezer in the house but it keeps packets of frozen water which she calls ice and said we must pay if we want to buy ice from her. There is no fridge, the kitchen has a few damages in the floor, the back door doesn’t lock, someone removed the outside handle to make it safer. Not safe at all to do that. The guest bathroom stank, it was a pungent, drain odour that was horrible from the shower. We never met the host at all, she didn’t return calls…we made do with what we had. Large spiderwebs on all the beds meant this house was not cleaned actively. The house is decent, but maintenance and a more active host will a huge difference. Fishing was ok…
