Great location. Close to trams. Good stay if you’re out during the day as noise starts around 7am. There’s a construction supply yard next door which starts loading bricks onto trucks around 0700. There’s also a daycare behind the construction supply yard which echoes through all of the cement walls.
Before arrival, MadeComfy was very available collecting fee. Once there, difficult to get response from them. No written instructions in apartment; instructions provided before were not accurate.. The apartment, location, facility (and rooftop pool) all were outstanding. But MadeComfy gets failing grades on management. Other residents of building answered our questions, not MadeComfy. For our two week stay, MadeComfy provided 2 bath towels, one hand towel, no linen change. Charge for 2 additional bath towels: $70. On arrival, apartment smelled of smoke. (No smoking unit.) Dirty ashtray left on table. Highly recommend the apartment complex, but would definitely replace MadeComfy if at all possible. They give a bad reputation to Airbnb.
Delighted with our stay. Nice quiet building. The apartment itself was lovely. Jusst walking distance from a variety of shops and places to eat. Very worth what we paid
The room was very nice and very clean. It matched the photos. The only thing that was unfortunate for me was that the building didn’t have its own parking. I had to find a parking on the street, which was very difficult, or pay for parking.
