This is one of the very best places I've stayed. It's so clean and well organized and quiet.
Extremely comfortable and spacious with entrance/kitchen and shower room downstairs and lounge/diner and the bedroom upstairs. Convenient for the town centre and with secure parking, I enjoyed a very peaceful night’s stay. Perfect also for longer visits and very happy to use again.

Situated close to the town centre and railway station. Newbury racecourse is also within walking distance. Quiet, residential street with a convenience store and post office within a 2 minute flat walk.
Newbury train station is 10 minutes walk, regular trains to Reading (direct 15 mins) and London Paddington (direct 45 mins). Newbury town centre has a range of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. Award-winning The Watermill Theatre is within a 10 minute drive as is Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). The Kennet & Avon canal is also within easy walking distance.
