In our flat, there are three bedrooms: two king-size and one single-size. There is also a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The flat is fully equipped with all the utensils and tools necessary for kitchen, bathroom and cleaning, including bedsheets, cleaning materials, etc. The kitchen and bathroom have recently refurbished fittings. Die Kommunikation mit Berk war grossartig. Er war stets zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zudem war er immer gut erreichbar und hat alles getan, um den Aufenthalt für uns so annehmlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Leider entsprach die Wohnung nicht ganz den Erwartungen. Die Wohnung befindet sich zur Hälfte im Untergeschoss und ist deshalb etwas feucht. Zudem hatte das eine Schlafzimmer einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Passenten sieht und hört man vor dem Schlafzimmer in der leicht frequentierten Strasse vorbei laufen. Die Wohnung war sauber, aber die Ausstattung an einigen Stellen unterhaltsbedürftig. Jedoch an dieser Lage für diesen Preis ok.

Not my first time in Istanbul but first time booking Berk's place. In short, it's the best place I've stayed at here. The check-in experience was quick and seamless, the host is very friendly, flexible and welcoming. The flat itself is located in a really nice neighborhood/area with everything within a walkable distance (corniche, metro, bus, restaurants, shops etc.) and yet the house is peaceful and quiet - it looks exactly like the photos, neat and clean. All of the amenities are as described, wifi works fine and there's a little terrace too (though we didn't use it given the cold weather). I really have nothinf negative to say about the house except maybe for the bathroom door that you have to pull a bit longer (until you hear a tick) and it closes/or you can have someone push it from the outside but this was a very minor issue - everything else was great and I loved this place. 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back!

It's next to the main tram line and 5 to 15 mins far away from the main public transport, with the ferry and metrobus going to Sirkeci - Eminonu(Grand Bazaar) - Besiktas - Kabatas all with constant access to Europe continent.
