I chose to stay at this location for 1 night with a group of friends as we were going to attend a wedding at Marang. For the price, it is an alright place all-things considered. But what we found disappointing was: 1. Host failed to inform that the drinks provided in the fridge were for sale. We were only informed AFTER the fact. A simple pricing list stuck onto the fridge would've sufficed. 2. The front curtain is actually a hazard as it is almost breaking and could fall onto the head of tenants. 3. One of the AC in the room was faulty and water was dripping. 4. Rooms were dusty. We had to sweep the room. 5. The bathroom at the Master Bedroom didn't have any soap/shampoo, but the shared toilet had them available. 6. Host requested for security deposit and withheld the money for quite some time without giving timely updates as to when they will be returning the money. The place has potential especially for the price, but some improvements will be needed.

Brand new house.. Very spaces. Suitable amenities & a big washing machine. Just the house surroundings & cleaning could be improve.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Whole unit has 4 bedrooms as advertised. Compound is big, inside the unit has all the basic amenities. Good for a basic stay.
