Our completely renovated apartment, on the top floor with a magnificent view, is located in the beautiful alpine village of Leukerbad. It is very suitable for 4-5 people. With the pull-out sofa, the apartment can also accommodate 7 people (but we find it a little cramped with 7). A parking lot is available free of charge. The distance to the bus stop is 1min, to the next bakery 5min and the ski valley run ends 6min walking distance (ski-in). Our apartment is on the 4th and top floor of a building with 18 flats. With it’s approx. 69m2 it’s not the largest place but you’ll feel immediately at home. Stepping on the balcony the local mountain massif welcomes you just in front of you. Maybe you’ll spot one of the local chamois in the rocks? The apartment is divided into 3.5 rooms. The bedroom consists of a solid double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190) on the floor under the sloping roof. The floor-level single bed is suitable for a child or an uncomplicated adult. A small window with a view of the nearby Alps is the last thing you see before you fall into bed. There is also a small, cozy room with two single beds (90x200) under the sloping roof. In the living room there is a new, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and cooktop. The apartment is built with a lot of wood, quite spacious and offers a breathtaking view of the local mountain massif, which you can enjoy both from inside and from the covered balcony. In the living room there is also a couch that can be converted into an extra bed (140x200) for 2 people. The little bathroom offers a shower, a toilet and some space to place your toilet bag. The basement includes a washing machine and dryer which can be used by the whole building, but it needs to be paid with change/small coins. Additionally the basement has some space to place ski/snowboards. The house is in a quiet and peaceful location. However, it should be noted that you may hear other parties in the house, especially in high season. *** From mid-April to the end of May 2024, the stairwell will be modernized (painting work) ***

Superbe appartement très propre (semble plus grand que sur les photos, belle surprise) et rénové avec goût, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les équipements sont modernes et de belle qualité. Nous avons trouvé l'appartement facilement et avons pu récupérer les clés nous-même à l'heure qui nous convenait. Un petit lit bébé et une chaise haute ont été mis à notre disposition. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes, nous recommandons fortement cet appartement !

Super appart qui semble neuf, literie de qualité, et belle vue. Les cartes de séjour devraient être fournies d'office car il ya des réductions avantageuses de 15% pour les activités et bains à Loèche.

Leukerbad itself has a lot to offer, for the ones here to relax but as well for those searching for activities like skiing, hiking, biking (225km), swimming, squash, tennis, climbing, badminton, boulder, ice skating and mini-golf. Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, Leukerbad is famous for it natural thermal waters. Therefore you’ll find several local public places to take a relaxing bath (indoor and outdoor). The village has this typical Swiss-Valais character with a lot of cute, old chalets and tight little streets. Located on 1400m (up to 2959m), it is furthermore save to say there is snow if you need it. And yes there are restaurants, basically everywhere all over the place :)
