We reserved Alice's property based on the Airbnb listing, disregarding her rating. Surprisingly, it was an exceptionally well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing accommodation that exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and appliances were brand new and of high quality, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We firmly believe that Ms. Alice's property is deserving of a 5/5 star rating, regardless of any previous reviews. Additionally, as out-of-state guests with an altered itinerary, we requested an early check-in, and the gracious host kindly accommodated our request based on their availability. Therefore, we highly recommend this property and rate it 10/10. We look forward to returning in the future.
The townhouse was everything that the website described and maybe a bit more. On entering the house there is a bit of a wow factor, modern and well styled, plenty of room and comfortable. All rooms were very clean and tidy, with kitchen appliances and utensils near new. We found the location great as it was close to main transport routes and shopping centres. Although the section next door was being built on at the time we stayed, this didn't really impact on us.
Beautiful and spacious and perfect for a group or bigger family. Really enjoyed our stay.
