The host was proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable. The place was very clean and well maintained it looked exactly like the photos. The security and the housekeeping provided was exceptional. Would recommend this place to family and friends. When back in Gurgaon would love to stay here again…the host certainly did everything possible to make it feel like home away from home

I was bothered a lot with calls and texts, pre and post the check-in. Place was not clean when I moved in. There were used socks and undergarments kept in the open. The dining table was not clean and there were food stains. There was a dead lizard in one of the rooms. The kitchen chimney was broken and was not informed, and I had to tape it from falling over. The kitchen was stinking and the trash was not cleaned. I have paid a good sum for cleaning & service, while booking and have not received any for the same. The house help came in without information and we had expensive articles and some cash kept in the property. Over the top, the house owner asked for extra cash to call the house help. When the house help came into the property without our permission, we were asked to pay a sum of 500 for each time. And finally, I was told “Please leave by 10am”. Not even a request or a question - which could have said “what time do you think you can leave?” Or anything polite. Lots more…

I stayed with my parents at Chitra’s place and it is great and exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is very clean and has everything you might need during your stay. The host has been very responsive and helpful, and always checking to see if we need anything. The surrounding area it’s probably the best neighborhood in Gurugram, many shopping malls within walking distance and amazing food options just within a few minutes. The place has a 24/7 security guard, and also a housekeeper that comes as requested. I would definitely stay here in my next visit and would highly recommend it for future guests.

I have no words to describe this place and how beautiful the apartment is, We were amazed to see the way it is kept and definitely the most elegant and sophisticated BNB I have stayed so far. This is way more worth the money I paid for it. Ma’am was super responsive and made us feel like home and of-course we treated it as our home and follow the rules as stated. In every aspect this apartment is worth staying at if you want a peaceful and quite time.

Chitra, our host, provided a warm welcome in her artfully decorated home, making communication clear and check-in seamless. The spacious rooms, each with balcony access, offered comfort and stunning views, enhancing our stay. Located centrally in Gurugram, the house allowed easy walking access to key markets. Every need was catered for, with a fully stocked kitchen and ample linen. Overall, an excellent, convenient stay with standout hospitality.
