Lakeside B&B is a cosy studio apartment situated in Primbee on Lake Illawarra, NSW. It is surrounded by picturesque gardens and opens onto an inground pool. The lake is metres outside the back gate. Explore the lake and its surrounds and enjoy the tranquillity of the numerous birds that frequent the area. Head across the road if you are a lover of golf to Port Kembla Golf course or enjoy bike riding on the kilometres of cycleway. Beaches, cafes, restaurants, and movie theatres are close by.

A great place to stay with friendly and very helpful hosts!
I travel for work but this was my first time staying in an AIRBNB. I usually stay in a motel or cabin in a caravan park. The unit was nice and clean and it was great to be able to cook my own meals. The unit was even nicer than in the photos. Even though it's on a main road it's very quiet. On site parking is a bonus as most places in the Wollongong area only have on street parking. Supermarkets, etc are close by. It was excellent value for money. Angelina was very helpful and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again.
Granny flat is exactly like the photos, spacious, clean, beautifully designed; with the pool and host house directly in front. The extra details were considerate and helpful: cold water jug, beach towels, chips, coffee, spare water bottles, pens, umbrella, etc. Love a comfortable and practical home! Angelina was also prompt and friendly. We would love to come again 😊

Loved our stay at Angelina’s place, perfect for the two night getaway we had planned! Very comfortable, spacious, and in good area for what we wanted to do. Our hosts were very friendly throughout stay. Thankyou so much!

Primbee is close to beaches, Lake Illawarra, movie theatres, shopping centres. It is across the road from Port Kembla Golf Course and mini golf. There are numerous scenic walks including a walk around Gang Man Gang (Windang Island) is definitely reccommended. It is a ten minute drive from Killalea (national park). Port Kembla is a five minute drive away and there are three beaches to choose from or you can drive further north to Wollongong.
Parking is available. There is a bus stop outside the house. There is also a bike track across the road that goes for kilometres, north and south.
