This lovely, modern, first floor, three-bedroom apartment can be found right in the heart of the historic town of Crieff, where you will find a great selection of local shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. There is a comfortable living room with a dining area towards to back, ideal for enjoying a cheeky takeaway or a lovingly prepared meal. All of the three bedrooms have zip and link super kingsize beds that offer the option of converting into twins. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Lovingly furnished throughout, with quality bedding and towels, this is the perfect base to come and relax and recharge your batteries. Enjoy some of the many activities on offer at the Crieff Hydro where you can go alpaca trekking, partake in air rifle shooting, have a tree top adventure or just sit back and relax in the spa. Crieff Hydro, the Sma’ Glen and Gleneagles are all just a short drive away. Fancy fishing in the Earn? Fishing permits can be purchased locally. The route to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park is only 20 minutes’ drive away with some of the most charming villages along the way. Terrible. Arrived at night with an infant told by owner the property was recently flooded but they wanted to honour our booking. Had a call that afternoon (definitely after the flood as there was black mould already) - wasn't mentioned. We assumed not bad but when inside the property it was damp, mouldy and unsafe - missing smoke alarm, loose wiring, mould on ceilings. Door did not shut as swollen with water. Handed keys back that night as unhabitable - told to contact Cottages,com for a refund so did straight away. Since then they have ignored my messages on airbnb - saying they are awaiting a response from the owner - they seem to blame each other. I provided photos but still ignored and declined refund requests with no explanation or communication. I tried to call them - their Airbnb number was disconnected. Found a company number and was told they couldn't speak to me on the phone despite also refusing to engage through Airbnb. Have had to escalate to Airbnb sadly - stressful.
