Welcome to LIT Living in the beautiful old town of Hemsbach! Our newly built connecting building offers you everything you need for a wonderful stay. Here you will find among other things: → Super central → Maisonette → Roof terrace → 3 bedrooms with king size box spring beds. → Large 58" Smart TV with NETFLIX → A designer sleeper sofa & an exclusive swing set. → NESPRESSO coffee & country tea → A high quality kitchen with AEG appliances and kitchen island. This beautiful new apartment in connection to our (on AirBNB very popular) old building apartment was renovated, refurbished and modernized. It awaits you with great facilities and offers space for up to 10 people. After parking your car, you can enter the apartment. You can expect 130 square meters maisonette apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with rain shower, living room, kitchen with exclusive kitchen island, roof terrace. You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a cup of tea and enjoy all the wonderful amenities. All bedrooms have Premium Box Spring beds and one also has a workstation. In the living room there is a comfortable seat swing on which you can super read books. There is also a beautiful designer sofa with a sleep function. On the 58" TV you can watch Netflix or TV in peace. The kitchen is equipped on a good level to cook good treats. It also has an oven, dishwasher, AEG induction hob, fridge, freezer, sink and everything else you need. The bathrooms are equipped with rain shower. Of course we provide fresh towels and all other essentials like shower gel & shampoo.

Sehr schöne, ordentliche/saubere Wohnung wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Für uns (2 Familien /4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) genau perfekt 👌🏼 drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder mit je WC + Dusche. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, super ausgestattete Küche (Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Öl, Spülmaschinen Tabs etc.). Betten waren alles sauber, ordentlich & bequem ! Nicht durchgelegen etc. Ebenfalls super, dass in jedem Raum / Fenster Rollläden vorhanden sind. Für uns war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, wir kommen sicher wieder. Preis-Leistung = Fair.

Der Aufenthalt bei Christian und sein Team war von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur perfekt. Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber, modern eingerichtet und die Ausstattung war komplett. Zudem war die Unterkunft sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielsachen, Kinder Besteck sowie Spielecke im Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort ein weiteres Mal Gast bei Christian sein, sobald sich die Möglichkeit ergibt. Auch nachdem ich etwas wertvolles in der Wohnung vergessen hatte war das Team sofort bereit um gründlich nachzuschauen und eine Lösung zu finden, das fand ich sehr loyal und wirklich vorbildlich. Vielen Dank und bis auf ein nächstes Mal vielleicht :)
Gut ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und Christian war sehr hilfsbereit was die Ausstattung für Babys und Kleinkinder betrifft.
