Outside you can kick back by the pool or gas fire pit, relax on your private balcony, or watch the ocean sunset from the shared rooftop. Our property is situated about a 7 minute walk from the beach, 1.5 miles/2.5km from downtown, and 0.6 miles/1km from a local market and a few restaurants. Check us out on IG: @todosswell The apartment is full of natural light with open space and airy lofted ceilings. Each unit has a queen bed in a dedicated bedroom and a futon in the open living room. There is a full kitchen to cook up meals with the wonderful local produce. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a rainfall shower. A clean, bright base for your time in Todos Santos. This is one of two apartments on the second floor. Outside, each apartment also has a private balcony. There is a a shared pool and a shady palapa area to hang out and pass the time. We have Starlink (the fastest option available here), and each apartment has its own router. I'm a full-time remote worker and designed the place with remote work in mind. Average internet speed is 85 mbps download and 25 mbps upload.

Jed's place is the perfect getaway in Todos Santos if you want somewhere quiet, relaxing and right next to the beach. The property is pristine with a beautiful garden, pool and firepit patio if you want to enjoy the outdoors. And the flat itself is stunning and spacious with great WiFi and AC if you need to escape the heat or work online. Jed and his pup are also extremely kind and hospitable and took care of everything we needed super quickly. seriously can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back.
We absolutely loved our stay at Swell! It was such a beautiful, calm oasis to use as a home base during our travels. We loved the relaxing pool area and our unit itself was perfect. We made breakfast most mornings easily in the unit and then had great food out for lunch/dinner. We really enjoyed the Las Tunas area as well. It was nice being out of the busy city center. The beach nearby is beautiful, and we walked there nightly for sunset. Jed was a fantastic host - super responsive and so kind to let us borrow is surfboards for a couple days to go down to Los Cerritos. Can't imagine a better spot in the Todos Santos area. We'll be back!
Great place for a quiet getaway, but also short drives to Todos Santos centro as well as lots of fun activities! The place is clean, quiet, and very peaceful with a beautiful shared pool area. Walking distance to a beautiful beach with great sunsets!
Beautiful place to stay while visiting family! Jed was a great host, on the property if needed. Apartment was tastefully and simply furnished! Would stay there again!

This neighborhood is one of the few places in Todos Santos that is close to the beach (7 minute walk), an easy stroll to stores and restaurants (15 minute walk), and a quick drive (40 minute walk) to Historic Downtown.
The Property is tucked away on a quiet, dead-end street, in a high-end neighborhood. It’s a beautiful and safe place to take walks day or night.
While you can access a lot walking, you’ll need a car to get to many of the restaurants, beaches, mountains, and other attractions southern Baja has to offer. This is a rural community and many of the highlights are spread out. I suggest renting a car, but feel free to message me with any questions.
