I am trying to write this review as fair & honest as possible. I made a booking for my family of 8 adults and 4 kids 3 days ahead of our stay. Here are the PROS of our stay: 1.Nice, new villa 2.The onsen is a nice touch to the villa. 3.The villa accomodates 8 adults & 4 kids comfortably. 4.Friendly & polite doorman (Pak Wahyu), who is the only person we met during our stay. 5.Management was helpful in making restaurant reservation. Now I would like to share some HICCUPS that happened during our stay. 1.Smell of Durian at the entrance and it got stronger in the hall during ckeck in. 2.Damp towels were placed on each bed. Some of us ended up drying ourselves using damp towels. 3.Piles of damp towels lying all over chairs, table & extra beds on 3rd floor, where they store linens and towels, as well as laundry & ironing area. 4.The fridge was dirty 5.Hot water tank accomodate 1 person only during shower. Then water turns cold. 6.Unprofessional & insincere mgmt. Not worth the money
