The host, May Ann, was very friendly and accommodating, especially in pointing out our hiccups at the last minute of our booking. She deserved to be "superhost"! I will remember her place when we have conferences or seminars nearby. Thank you for the enjoyable and relaxing stay, ma'am.

May ann’s place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants and malls. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Host was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it!

May Ann’s place had so much space you can even park your car inside. Kidding aside, the security staff were all friendly, check-in was seamless and the room itself was spotless and roomy. Cherry on top was the fast and consistent internet connection. My only gripes were: • Parking space - the only available options for parking were the street parking which had limited slots, and the mall parking, which had an overnight rate of ₱200 on top of the fixed ₱20 daily. • Streaming Apps - the smart TV was almost functional but you have to login your accounts individually to enjoy the streaming apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. 10/10 would stay here again and again.
