We had a large group of guys celebrating our buddy who is getting married. The place was fantastic! Spotless, and amazingly decorated and equipped. We had sufficient room to sleep everyone comfortably, everything worked, and the host was super friendly and responsive. Really enjoyed our time there. I hope to stay there here again in the future!

Positives: Beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, great set-up. The kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. Negatives: The title and description said “heated pool,” but it was cold and the pool maintenance staff said that the heater hasn’t worked in awhile. I reached out to Heirloom, and they replied by changing the listing said “this property does not have a heated pool.” I later confirmed in my reservation email and with airbnb that the listing did state “heated pool” when we booked it. I again reached out to heirloom after we checked out and they refunded us about 9%, so even though it was initially handled poorly, they attempted to make it right. The outdoor shower was broken. The game room is not an actual room, it was an open outdoor area under the deck. Security cameras are everywhere, which I support, but at this property it felt a little excessive to have the cameras in the gathering spaces and felt like we were always being watched.

Beautiful property for our recent spring break trip with grandparents, parents, teens and babies. Property was perfectly clean, no issues. Amenities were quite nice. Kitchen could probably use a few more tools/supplies but still worked out just fine when cooking for the family. Would come back for future visits!

Fantastic place for our stay! We had a party of 13 and it provided plenty of space for entertaining or for our party to go to their corners when we needed to rest.

The host was helpful when we had an issue with the door lock. The house is perfect and beautifully appointed. The space and amenities were amazing! Loved the property!
