Welcome to the cozy & quiet Lafayette home with the guitar themed living room and kitchen. This home is centrally located in Lafayette within minutes away from shopping, entertainment, hospitals, and surrounding cities. This home is complete with internet service, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and a large partially fenced-in backyard. We also welcome extended stay guests. Each bedroom has a luggage rack and a laundry basket in the closet. There are also a few hangers for your use. The master bedroom has an ironing board and iron. Each bathroom has a hairdryer located under each sink.

This "Cozy & Quiet" home was anything but quiet. When we arrived there were chainsaws and a loader removing the remains of a huge tree. The next morning we were greeted with the same guys using a blower to clean up after themselves. The second morning we were greeted with the lawn being cut at 9:00am. While I understand the need to keep up a property, it would have been nice to have known about the tree issue to be given a choice whether or not to stay at the location. That said, the host was responsive and the house served it's purpose.

Great place to stay, close to river ranch and exactly what our small group needed for the weekend
Really nice place, in a very quiet area but close to EVERYTHING. Host was very responsive to any questions. Only thing we would change, is that none of the bedrooms have tv. Slight overlook on my part. Otherwise everything was great.
Grrat place, very clean. Grrat backyard!

Quiet Dead-end street with fenced in back yard. This area is a parish Island and not part of the city, even though it is close to tons of stuff!
