In a quiet neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and shops, and sights within walking distance to Brockport. Placed right on the Erie canal for peaceful moments outside and wonderful finishing location! Within walking distance to SUNY Brockport! The Erie Canal is literally next to you, although the Erie Canal walking trail is located on the other side. Parking is available in private drive.

This house was perfect. I was able to walk to the suny campus easily and the location was convenient for restaurants as well. The house was spotlessly clean and I slept better than I have in weeks - the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend!
