You will be close to everything! Centrally located near downtown Knoxville! Right off of the Broadway exit. You will be 10 mins from downtown, lots of local eateries within driving distance! Grocery shopping is 10 min away for all of your cooking needs! Easy access to interstate. 10 mins to Thompson Boiling 10 mins to Neyland Stadium, 12 mins from Ijams! Come enjoy your home away from home with us! We want you to have the best experience possible! The house was built in 1952, and definitely provides our guests with retro vibes including original cabinetry and flooring. We have a hot tub, air hockey and classic board games! Our cleaner works to ensure you have the best possible stay by deep cleaning the place after every stay. We also offer laundry facilities to help you enjoy your stay in comfort.

We visited the University of Tennessee for my daughter. We brought 2 of her friends. They enjoyed the wii, cooking, air hockey and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time I come to town. Thank you for all the help you gave me.
Emily has a great place to stay. No more than an 8-10 minute drive to lots of fun places. My group and I will definitely be returning one day
clean, safe, nicely appointed older home on a regular, working class northside street (which is a plus to me), that feels safe. basic amenities plus an outdoor hot tub and SUPER comfortable beds (a high priority for me). all in all, a pretty cozy little house that served my needs well
Had a very pleasant stay. Had a small hiccup, but host was very responsive and fast to help. Place was as described and we had a blast. Looking forward to staying again.
House was awesome! We spent a lot of time playing Wii and the fun board games!
