NOTE: The apartment is located on the 3th floor, there is an elevator. The water is drinkable. Towels provided (one set of 3 for each guest) Sheets provided. Ironing board and iron provided.

Superbe logement aux prestations de qualité et à la propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec enfants. Le logement est pratique avec le luggage room, tres bien entretenu et au cœur de la ville. Les petites supérettes de quartier dépannent bien et quelques restaurants, cafés juste à côté du logement. Merci à Giacometti pour ces instructions régulières, précises et chaleureuses. Je recommande vivement !
Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Muy bien situado, cerca de Coliseo, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venecia, Estación de Termini..., y de metro, taxi y autobuses. Recomendable, si vuelvo a Roma intentaré hospedarme de nuevo aquí.

Nice and clean apartment
This apartment was so close to all of the 'major attractions' in Rome. We parked our car rental and never touched it until time to leave. Giacomo's co-host was in constant contact to make sure our arrival was super easy and that we had no issues. We arrived and this place was AMAZING. Hands down this was the BEST Air B&B that I have ever stayed in. Super clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, right by the elevator, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would have needed and just amazing in every aspect! I would highly recommend this location and unit! OUTSTANDING.

In via Genova there is an excellent bar, with unique architecture and decorations. There is also a delicious pizza by the slice, an excellent traditional restaurant and wine bar.
At the top of the road is the Garden of S. Andrea al Quirinale, a delightful little park for moments of relaxation.
Two steps away is the Monti district, wonderful, full of restaurants and shops, and accessible on foot from the most beautiful monuments of Rome.
Two Metro stops are nearby:
Line A - Repubblica 5 minutes on foot
Line B - Cavour 12 minutes on foot
A lot of buses in via Nazionale
Termini station just 15 minutes walk
For cars, the ZTL historic center during the day is closed to cars at the following times:
