Lake Constance and the Alps are within reach.
A wide range of sports, cultural and leisure activities for young and old provide plenty of variety. With the large selection of restaurants with regional and international cuisine, there is something for every taste. At the same time, in a quiet location on the green outskirts of Friedrichshafen, you will find the peace and quiet you need to recover from the many new impressions of the day.
The shore of Lake Constance and the open-air swimming pool are only a few minutes away, as are bakeries, cafés, restaurants, beer gardens, supermarkets and the nearest (electric) bike rental. To the city center of Friedrichshafen it is only about 4 km, to the fair and to the airport about 9 km.
Friedrichshafen and the Zeppelins:
Friedrichshafen is where Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin developed and built his zeppelins in the early 20th century. The world famous airships made him a pioneer of aviation and Friedrichshafen thereby world famous. Even today, you can find many traces in the city that point to the time of the zeppelins. And for some years now, new and ultra-modern zeppelins have been flying high above Friedrichshafen again. Flying with them may not be cheap, but it's definitely worth it!
Bregenz Festival:
The festival on the spectacular lake stage in Bregenz is a cultural highlight on Lake Constance every year, which you should not miss. We recommend a combination ticket with ship transfer from Friedrichshafen.
Skiers and winter tourists:
In winter, Friedrichshafen is also a popular starting point for skiers. You are in about 1 ½ hours driving time at the Arlberg - the largest ski area in Austria and one of the 5 largest ski areas in the world!

The apartment has good connections to (long-distance) bus, train, ship and plane.
Many guests also rent bicycles or e-bikes on site. This is the best way to explore Lake Constance.
