Can't speak more highly of Evergreen Hospitality's AirBnb in Parksville. Gave five stars for service, value, cleanliness, and comfort. It's notable that this hotel (3-star hotel but not mentioning the name in case they don't want it mentioned) is only a seven minutes walk to Parksville Beach. Parksville Beach and Boardwalk is always an enjoyable stroll especially when the weather is nice and at sunset. The proximity to the beach means you take a quick stroll to the beach periodically for some exercise and to catch the sunset without consuming too much time. Importantly, all the front desk staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and eager to help with notable mention of Ritchie and Toni. Everyone at the hotel is always approachable and friendly including housekeeping. The room is comfortable and well appointed. Albeit small but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great showers. The price off-season is great. There's also a BBQ and a coffee machine + in-room keurig.
