Coming from the Village Bay Ferry Terminal ... it only takes 3 minutes going to the place which saves lot of time to settle in. Gregg and Dorothy are so friendly and concerned about our convenience and stay to their place. We settled in at the 2nd floor of the house where you could see the Ferry Terminal from the balcony... So amazed that Gregg built this place by himself little by little and still doing lots of improvements around their property. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and relaxing.

amazing spot to watch the ferriescome and go at Village Bay. Greg is super nice and helpful. his bread and jam is amazing! I also appreciated the fruit and bookshelf in the room. very peaceful and excellent location.

Incredibly friendly hosts and a beautiful home! Communication was smooth throughout and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (the fresh baked bread and cookies were a huge plus too). The suite was cozy and clean and the sunset off the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here, its a great value at a very reasonable nightly rate.
