From here you can easily explore historic Carlisle, 12 miles, Hadrian’s Wall and Silloth Championship links golf course, 16 miles, and it’s a great base if you love the outdoors. The Lake District National Park is about 30 minutes’ drive where you can access The Northern Fells such as Skiddaw, Blencathra and Helvellyn.
