We are located in the heart of Manukau city. Each room is a hotel-styled studio including tv, heater and private ensuite accessible via keycard. You have a shared kitchen/lounge, a small outdoor space and a token operated dryer on your floor. We are next to a convenience store, across the road from the southern train line, a 5min drive to Countdown Supermarket and a 10min drive to Manukau Mall, Rainbows End and Dew Drop Events Centre. Our property is privately owned complex of 5 apartment building. Each building has 3 floors, each floor with 5 bedrooms. The complex is relatively new and we try out utmost best to keep a good standard of cleanliness and aesthetic.

Nice hotel style room. I would’ve felt a bit safer if the door had a bolt lock but you need a key card to get into the building so it was safe enough

Really happy with this Airbnb it’s great to stay here if you want to be close to the airport, Arlea is such a good host, everybody here is friendly and it is a really homely vibe here. Will definitely stay again!
I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was very nice, with parking available inside the condominium. I particularly appreciated the mini kitchen inside the room and the larger kitchen on the same floor where we were staying. Everything in the building was new, and the bed was comfortable. Considering the value for money, it's an excellent place to stay.

This particular south Auckland intersection is extremely busy between 8am-9am, 3pm-4pm and 5pm-6pm due to surrounding schools and businesses. We are also situated next to a railway. This means it is quite ALIVE outside and can be noisy, BUT of yoir wondows are closed, you don’t really hear a thing.
Trains and buses as well as a carpark are located directly across from the facility.
